Spalbert Engineers Company Limited is a Ugandan engineering company incorporated and registered as a limited liability company in 2010. Since its establishment, the company has built its capabilities in delivering reliable engineering solutions to clients across a range of sectors.
The company is fully constituted to undertake Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Fabrication, and General Engineering Works, providing practical and quality-driven solutions tailored to the needs of its clients.
Spalbert Engineers Company Limited has particular expertise in the maintenance of petroleum depots and service stations, pressure testing as well as the calibration of static storage tanks, road tankers, and bulk flow meters. Through a strong commitment to quality, safety, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction, the company strives to deliver dependable engineering services that meet applicable industry standards and contribute to the development of Uganda’s industrial and infrastructure sectors.

The principles founders of the company are KIVUMBI PAULS and ROBERT SEKAJUGO with avast experience in Engineering field of close to 20years.
Some of our staffs are members of professional bodies and are certified i.e.
- Certified Bulk measures calibrators and technicians by Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS).
- Uganda institute of professional engineers.
